- Discover and develop the major analytical skills hospitality managers and business operators require in order to facilitate effective financial planning, control and decision making in a hospitality accounting context.

- Acquire the knowledge and skills to craft a well-conceived Revenue and Pricing strategy, solving issues and calculating profits using a Hotel Revenue Simulation.

- This course offers a thorough grounding in Services Marketing with a particular focus on hotels.

- This course integrates the disciplines of food and beverage operations management, financial management, human resources management, marketing and logistics.

- The business field trip for this program takes you to Dubai, enabling you to validate – and build on – what you’ve learned in class.

Final Semester: Internship or Applied Research Project
- At the end of your taught semester you can choose between a professional internship or applied research project to earn your diploma.
- Internship: Your six-month professional internship will place you directly into a hospitality setting, enabling you to put to the test what you learned in the previous semester.
- Applied Research Project: Working with a partner company, you will tackle a real-world business challenge, drawing upon the skills and knowledge you learned in class.
